Est. in: Paris, France, 1854
Founded in Paris in 1854, Louis Vuitton began its activity as a manufacturer of luxury boots and suitcases, revolutionising the luggage market for its strength and quality. Since then, the house has excelled in the world of leather goods and has expanded its catalogue to include jewellery, watches and perfumery, making its iconic monogram, LV, a symbol of luxury and exclusivity around the world. In 2016, Louis Vuitton made its debut in the world of perfume with a collection of seven fragrances that it has been expanding, thanks to the work of master perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud and, from 2023, the creative direction of artist and music producer Pharrel Williams. Its perfumes are distinguished by creating unique olfactory experiences, by the use of exclusive and exotic ingredients and by using new extraction methods to express unprecedented facets.
